Lake Gaston Resort consists of 364 total units – 248 RV sites, 31 park rentals, 76 marina/boat slips, an 8-room motel, and a 3-bedroom SFH rental. The property is open year-round and divided into two distinct parts, The Club Resort & Lakeside Resort. The Club Resort has 150 rentable units and is reserved for members-only. This section of the park is not open to the public and the cost of a single membership ranges anywhere from $4,000 to $25,000, averaging $10,000 per membership. Club members also pay annual dues of $899 per year to remain in the Association. On the other side of the park is Lakeside Resort, which consists of 214 rentable units – 165 RV sites (102 annual + 63 transient), 5 park rentals, 36 boat slips, and an 8-room, waterfront motel. Unencumbered by any memberships, Lakeside operates as a more traditional RV resort and offers guests full hookup sites on a nightly or annual basis. Depending on the site, annual rates range from $4,000 to $5,500, and overnight sites are $99 for members and $115 for non-members.
Lake Gaston Resort is serviced by well water and septic, both of which are maintained and paid for by the park. Electricity is individually metered and billed back on annual sites, while trash pickup is paid for by the park.
