I‘m retiring. I have an unfinished subdivision with 40 finished manufactured homes, ready to expand, or continue as a mobile home park, consisting of 9 -12 acres (3 acres commercial for sales lot) , zoned R2 (manufactured homes).
All PUBLIC utilities (sewage, water, gas, electric, cable) are installed, Retention ponds are in place, with 2 Approved PA DOT entrances Fully constructed utilized daily.

I also have an unfinished subdivision with 15 remaining lots (containing both two story Modular’s and custom built homes in the high 400’s) apx 5 miles away in Uniontown PA, with all PUBLIC utilities, pond, entrance etc in place.
