Country Life Mobile Home Park is a well established and profitable mobile home park in Jennings, LA that has 26 lots. Twenty-one mobile homes are park owned, 1 mobile home is tenant owned, 2 lots are camper lots, and 2 lots are currently vacant. Many of the tenants are elderly and have been dependable renters or quite some time. The park owned mobile homes mostly stay 100% occupied and I get weekly calls inquiring about vacancies.
