Mobile home park, warehouse with a office and a house. I have 16 mobile homes in the park. They are all 1984 2bed 1bath with washer and dryer hook ups. They are all 14x55 from the same manufacturer. All but 2 of them have the hardwood floating floors in them and all of them are rented. This park is on 1.52 acres. I also have 5 mobile homes with a house and warehouse and office. They are all next to each other and less than 2min from the mobile home park. The house is rented, the office front is rented, and part of the warehouse is rented. The 5 mobile homes that are there need to be fixed up to be rented out. They should each be rented for $475 a month. This property is 1 acre +. Everything together brings in around $8,000 a month without the 5 mobile homes being rented. Also, there is a undeveloped lot behind the house that is approved for another mobile home. Sorry I'm not splitting it up. I'm only selling to invest in something else, so no financing and no I don't need help selling it. If you want to buy it call me.
