The Home Trailer Court is a 7 unit trailer court located in Cascade County, Montana on the outskirts of Great Falls which maintains a current license to operate through the Montana Department of Public Health and Human Services. It is a small, privately owned court that has been well maintained by the owners, who have lived on the property for the last 18 years.

The seven trailers on the property are owned by the court and have been remodeled and maintained very well by the owners. Routine maintenance was completed annually. Each of the homes is individually fenced with their own storage shed on site. Lots 1 and 6 have their own private entrance and parking from Lower River Road, while the other 5 share a parking lot within the court. In addition to the residences, the property has a 30’ x 30’ shop with a 12’ x 30’ extension and a separate well house. The trailer court is serviced by a private well and two septic systems.
