Country View RV Park consists of 41 units and operates similar to that of a motel: tenants are given the option to pay rent either nightly, weekly, or monthly. Because of that, usually two units are spared to be vacant for one-nighters and the rest are divided weekly and monthly. Over the course of the last two years, since Country View has started giving tenants this rare option, the park has maintained an average occupancy of 98%!
