This Trailer Park is located in Thomaston Georgia. All 7 trailers are park owned. Each trailer is individually metered for county water and electricity. The park is on county sewer line. The trailers are in very good condition and have an excellent rental history. I live about 45 minutes away from trailer park so I have set it up, (trained tenants) to be able to operate as an absentee landlord. Current total monthly rent is $2,065.00. The monthly rent has been as high as $2,300.00 but in light of the economy I have opted to reduce the rent.
