In the heart of the Texas hill country close to Boerne and Bandera. Long term clients. I bought it in 2019. Not a vacant ever. They won't leave. They are good people I this park. Super helpful. a year and it goes before you can finish the ad. Its the land also and the beautiful trees. Why do people cut down a Spanish oak tree. That is what my clients love. They also know I go up 10 percent a year because I have to. I bought it from a friend who gave me a hard money loan but it will be due soon and god I have tried to get a loan on a mobile park. So I have to sell my little RV park. Gosh I love the park. I wish I had money to pay off my 5 year loan my friend gave me. I am just too old now. If I could make 39,000 a year from with 200k. I would do it. But no one loans on mobile home park.
