This community is pristine. A very clean community sitting under a canopy of mature trimmed trees. The park is under going a full renovation. The exterior of all homes have been washed or painted. Tin roofs on all POH homes with new porches and decks. All infrastructure has been repaired from water lines to power poles. There are 36 lots with room for expansion. Inside the 36 lots are 2 steel commercial buildings located on a 1000ft of 4 lane road frontage leading from Ga to Dothan Al. All homes with tenants have had at least $10,000 of renovations. There are also 2 stick built homes included. All homes are POH except for 2. Presently the park is doing about $17,000 a month with more being added with each home we renovate. There are about 9 more lots to be completed. This will bring roughly $7,000 more in rents. All homes that have central air have been serviced and are in working condition. No dead beats or pit bulls allowed. We are also working on 44 lots just minutes away where we are adding new homes.
