Currently marketed as an adult RV park. The park includes a gate (all residents rent out a remote to open it) and a sizable screened in common area where residents can gather, which includes washer and dryer and male and female restrooms and showers. In the same building there's a small office and a garage. There is a fence with bougainvillea surrounding the property, and another locked gate in the back that leads up to the dike surrounding Lake Okeechobee. All residents have access to the lake, showers, and common space. We have 45 lots, with ten of them taken up by rental cabins.

Pahokee is a quiet town in the Glades, surrounded by palm trees, and right on the edge of Lake Okeechobee. Our park is just a five-minute walk from the lake. We're also walking distance from several restaurants, a small grocery store, and the local library.
