Without exaggeration, you can clearly see that this property is arguably the best located and most scenic mobile home park in Oregon. In comparing Whaleshead Beach Resort with the Top 100 Sam's Park and Resorts, I didn't see a park with better features, e.g., located near multiple gold courses, a casino and numerous Oregon coastal attractions. These features are in addition, of course, to the most scenic ocean views on 43 beautifully landscaped acres. Qualified investors, I would encourage you to tour the park and accept an invitation for a free two night stay in an Ocean View Cottage at the resort.
