Belfield Mobile Court is located in the City of Belfield, North Dakota, in the Bakken Oil Field. The park is serviced by city water and sewer.
The water and sewer utilities were installed in the summer of 2012, with a new State approved copper water line system and a new sewer system.
A new electric transformer was installed along with new site lighting.
Each home site is individually metered with a 200 amp electric service.
The park is currently licensed by the State for 18 mobile homes and is ready to move in the new units. Site specific models are available through a local dealer. This is a unique property in Bakken Oil Field and will support
$750 - $800/month lot rents based on similar properties, due to the continued explosive housing demand. According to the latest study by the North Dakota State University; "the area encompassing Stark County will need an additional 15,000 housing units or an 80% jump by 2020. The booming North Dakota Oil Patch is here to stay - probably for a few more decades."
