There are 67 lots approved. The park consists of 14.5 acres+/-. Septic tanks are down for 49 of the 67 lots. At this time the income is 14,085. There is another home used by the Seller as a vacation home that will rent for 600. per month. This brings the income to 14,685. per month. Currently twenty-six rentals and seven lot rentals.
A D.E.P. well feeds all the homes in the park and three residences outside of the park. Water rent is collected from the three residences outside the park. This park has paved roads; however, one road in the park is not fully paved. The well has always passed inspection By D.E.P.
