heart of Independence, Missouri. The park is well maintained and has
well manicured landscaping and fully paved sites. All of the sites are
back-in except for one pull-thru. Each space has water, sewer and 50
amp/110 volt electric readily available. Laundry and bathroom
facilities with showers are also on premise in additon to the Bamboo
Hut restaurant at the front of the property. Site rents are $25 per night,
$150 per week, and $300 per month. Monthly tenants must pay for their
electricity separately. Pets are allowed as long as they are kept on leash
or in the RVs. Repeat campers are very common for this property and
there are usually about a dozen longer-stay tenants on site at any time.
