Mobile Home Park on 11.312 acres with 25 lots. Of the 25 lots 7 are lot rental, 16 are mobile home rentals and 2 are site built homes. Lots with single wides are approximately 50 x 100, and those with double wide or triple wide are considerably larger. The double wide comes with a separate garage. Our single wide MHs are 14x70, 16x80, and 18x80. Carports are available on some but not all lots.

Tenants pay submetered water/sewer as well as their garbage and all other utilities. Lot rentals range from $120 to $150. Mobile homes and houses rent from $400 to $750. We have 2, 3, & 4 bedroom units.

Current owners live on site providing both management and maintenance. All tenants must pass background checks as we make every effort to ensure a safe community for our residents. We have many long term residents that have been here for years.
