Warren Heights mobile home park was established in 1984 and is located on Route 24 (River Road) in Gardiner, just north of the South Gardiner line. The park is licensed for 21 sites on 13 acres. The park has city water and city sewer that is paid by the tenants. There are some homes that are nestled into the woods making it a very private setting. There is also a 42 acre lot that abuts the mobile home park that the seller would entertain selling for an additional $60,000. The owner believes that the additional land could accommodate a park expansion or single family home sites.
