Colonial Pines Mobile Home Park consists of 62 pads, 23 owned mobile homes, 6 promissory notes, an office/workshop building, a garage, and a pump house that has an efficiency apartment. The roads are paved and gravel. The entrance has been newly paved and there has been many improvements completed in the park. The property' s infrastructure is over fifty years old.
