Country Pines Mobile Home Park consists of a 49 space mobile home park located along Route 309 just north of the town of Dallas PA, in an area known as Kunkle The park has 2 DEP approved wells that supply water for the park. The sewer is taken care of by numerous small standard sewer systems scattered through out the park usually having 2 or 3 homes to a sewer system. The park consists of three levels up a hillside. Roads are gravel.
