There are 3 deep water wells that are approx 300-400 feet deep that go into the Florida aquifer to supply good clean drinking water to the homes. One well has a 500 gallon tank and two wells have 80 (I think) gallon tanks. There are 12 septic tanks on the property with basically 2 homes on each tank which was commonly done back when the park was created. One tank has 3 homes, and one tank has one home. There is a nice little pond on the front ( entrance ) of the property that I had built and two driveways for ingress/egress from State Highway 46. In my opinion there is plenty of room someone could move all the homes off of the property and have room to put a convenience store, restaurant and motel with nice walking trails. This could be a very upscale piece of property to develop for the right person and I would be willing to discuss my plans to any potential buyer. I personally know where every water cut off valve is on the property, I know where most all underground utilities are including the drain field areas of the septic systems. I've owned this property since 1986 and know it well.
