I own Mobile Homes USA -a licensed RV and Mobile Home Dealer and bought this park for investment purposes to develop but live in Fort Myers, Florida and need to find a partner or buyer for this park

I have 2 parcels with a total 12.8 acres including a pond. The entire parcel is high and dry. which is ideal for mobile home storage and rehab- There is a fenced cleared lot in the rear behind the property that can accommodate over 50 homes, RVs or Boats for Dry Storage as needed.
There are 8 lots with City Water and Septic that could be rented but I do not have anyone on site that I can trust to manage the property.
I have used this park for buying and rehabbing homes from the large Regional Southeast FEMA Distribution facility in Selma for resale to other parks and retail customers. I had to release the
property manager one month ago so the grass is overgrown and
needs to be cut both in front where the homes are and in back where the storage area is.
The Park has been approved to store, rehab and sell repos or put
