The park uses the city water, sewer, and electric facilities. The owner furnishes trash pick-up weekly. The stick built house is on a permanent foundation with a full finished basement. Each floor has over 1500 square feet. There are two full bathrooms and one half bathroom. Three bedrooms are upstairs, and one downstairs. New central air and heat was recently installed in the house. Lots of convenient storage space is built in throughout the house. There is a deck on the east side and flower beds. The streets are asphalt and the pads are concrete. The park sets on 6 acres (+ or -). A loft above the two vehicle garage is used for storage. The garage contains a workshop area and storage for repair parts.
