Since owning the park, we have done many things to make it a more quiet and family friendly park. Many upgrades and updates have been completed to include replacing and repairing some roofs, flattening and widening roads, tree removal/trimming, taking down all various fencing on property to open it up, increased many rents to market rents, several evictions completed, thorough backgrounds have been completed on newer tenants. Property stays full for the most part except when evictions have occured, but then rent again very quickly. There are several long term tenants on the property whom have been here several years even a decade plus.
