18 pads with 8 occupied homes and 1 vacant camper that I stay in when I'm there. Have home number 10 coming in soon.
Current homes have been remodeled within a year. Many inprovements have already been made including:
Extensive tree removal ,new fencing ,8 new electrical services , driveway gravel ,new lagoon pump and New sign.

2 are lot rent and all others are on Lease to own terms.
lot rents are $200-250 and LTO are $350-500 monthly

Gross monthly $2,970.

Already purchased and paid for transportation on another home. That will make 10 homes.

The status of this park is changing as will the terms etc because we are continuing to make improvements and bring in homes.
