This small community has the potential of being a great money maker. Looking to sell the park because I live out of the area.

Park is zoned for 5 mobile homes but realistically is a 4 unit park. Currently there are 2 mobile homes on the site with an additional site that is fully developed and had a mobile home on it a few years ago. Since it is Municipal Water & Sewer the Village can hook up the 4th site.

The nice thing about this park is it is 5 units or under so the rules around Mobile Home parks are not in place for this.
