Blueberry Ridge Mobile Village is a manufactured home community on 97.21 acres. It is located on the desirable seaside community of Wells Maine. Construction began in 1988 and expanded in 2009. Currently there are 10 sites available with water and sewer, all set for homes. Additionally there is expansion capability of anoth 35 sites. The utilities consist of electricity provided by Central Maine Power with each site having a one hundred amp service.
