A 75 space community in the city of Othello, Wa. The park has 74 spaces, all tenant occupied. The community is on well water and septic systems. We have been full since we purchased the park approximately 15 years ago. The vacant space was due to a septic issue that has since been resolved. 10 acres for future expansion. The water system has been completely upgraded within the last 2 years. We charge a fee for water and sewer. Rents are being raised as of 2/1/2019.
