The Manufactured Housing Division began as a niche market for Haylor, Freyer & Coon in 1952, providing asset protection first to manufactured home owners, and over time, to community owners and retailers. We are currently considered the industry leader, dedicated to providing personal and financial support to many state, regional and national associations. We also take a prominent position in the promotion of manufactured housing as an affordable housing opportunity. We are active members and, in some cases, executive officers in many industry associations.
