NFC provides a full suite of accounting reports to Owners for its managed properties including monthly Balance Sheet, Profit and Loss, General Ledger, Delinquency Reports, and Reconciliation. Mobile Home Dealer services are also available.

Mr. Ferraro held a position on the St. Petersburg Planning  eventually led to being its Chairperson. Mr. Ferraro was also appointed to serve on the Pinellas County Mobile Home Task Force, to study manufactured housing as a component to satisfy affordable housing needs within Pinellas County. In addition, he served on the Board of Directors of the Florida Manufactured Housing Association (FMHA) and was the recipient of the Bill Hart Award for outstanding Leadership. He is currently licensed as a Florida Real Estate Broker and Community Association Manager.
